Digital downloads

Our widgets are digital files delivered instantly after payment. Because a download cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.

If something does not work

If a widget does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at rapidoiptv082@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will help you set it up. If we cannot make it work on your setup, we will refund you in full.

Custom wheels

You can cancel a custom order for a full refund before we start working on it. Once work has started, custom orders are not refundable, but every custom order includes one round of changes so the result matches what you asked for.

Duplicate purchases

If you bought the same product twice by mistake, tell us and we will refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
